Homeowners and architects use CSE’s services for many types of residential projects—from producing construction and permitting drawings for large residential homes across the Northeast, to providing structural analysis for additions and renovations. We work with a client’s contractor to translate concepts and rough drawings into specific construction plans, complete with elevations, sections and calculations required to both build and submit for permitting.

In the wake of the 2011 and 2012 storms, we’ve also worked with many homeowners on the Connecticut shoreline on house raising and retaining wall projects, and we’ve helped dozens of homeowners assess the structural integrity of a property damaged by fire or flood.

Our engineers and project managers use state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex engineering problems on time and on budget. We also have years of experience in the complex residential design and construction permitting process—both for new construction and renovations.
